  : The time spent with family
  : Not being clean upon our arrival at 4pm and having to wait on a cleaning crew after a 10 hour drive . The mice in both of our cabins eating our food and them running all over as we were in the cabins. Having to call vacasa and get pest control out to set traps in/outside of our cabins. Waking up to a screaming mouse that got trapped but got off leaving a bloody mess. The dishes in the cabinet filled with mouse feces. The scorpion in our kitchen. The air in our cabin that didnt work and stayed above 80 degrees. The cabin property manager never getting back to me when I texted her regarding our issues. The lights either not having bulbs in the fixtures, being burnt out, or the lack of decent lighting. The cabins were nice but the lack of cleanliness, basic upkeep and concern for guests needs that paid quite a bit to have a nice family vacation was crap. Our whole family got upper respiratory related sickness due to the living environments.
