  : Air conditioner worked well, plenty of room, just all the other made it disappointing.
  : Wanted views....like the picture showed....last trip for my husband....had spoke to casa to make sure had views and she went through and verified it did on all decks....but it was all grown up with trees covering all the views. Very disappointed ☹️. House was not cleaned, windows dirty,sink dirty, dishwasher looked so bad I hated to put dishes in it. Door sounded like it was going to be off, horrible noise! Shower curtain was about foot too long, do you had to watch not to trip on it while trying to shower. Shower faucet about to come off wall. Oven had dirt all over door...see pictures. Back yard had trash pile.... We expected paying the high cost it should have been super,. But feel we got ripped off....not worth any more than $800 total including all the fees added.Would not stay there again. !!

  : The view from the top floor was beautiful. The cabin is beautiful. It has 2 king size beds. One of them is in the loft with no privacy.
  : There is a big ditch that you have to cross to get into the driveway. On top of that, the road going to the driveway is steep. So, you have to get some momentum going up the hill and make a sharp left turn to the far right of the driveway to hopefully go around the deepest part of the ditch while missing the retaining wall. People have been complaining about this on vacasa.com for months. If I had found those reviews, I would not have rented this cabin.The Property info statement, "This secluded home boasts amazing mountain views and a private hot tub overlooking the Smokies." is misleading. The views from the 3rd floor are beautiful, but the hot tub in on the bottom. You can't see anything except the overgrown brush around the cabin. The pool table was missing a ball and only 2 of the 4 sticks had tips. No ping pong table.This listing says there are 2 king beds and 1 queen. Actually there are 2 king beds and 2 sleeper sofas.

  : The view was amazing
  : The cabin was dirty. The tub did not drain, the grill ran out of gas the first night. Broken chairs on the front porch, the stairs going off the back need to be fixed. You my also want to try and clean up the trash outside of the cabin or at least pick up the under wear that are out there

  : The house and the views were spectacular. Beds were extra comfortable! New appliances. Very clean.
  : Must have a small 4x4 SUV to get to it. Drive up the mountain is extremely steep and has large trenches with little room to turn around. Neighbor parked at the bottom and used a Polaris to get to their house.

  : beds were extremely comfortable. very easy to find everything in the cabin and an AMAZING view.
  : Driveway needs more gravel. had a huge ditch making it scary to drive through. could only make it with an SUV or truck there’s no way you could make it with a small car. drains in the showers were clogged. needs new pool sticks.
