  : when I arrived the lodge said they were not aware of my booking and at first it seemed I would not have a place to stay - the inn keeper Dwight said there were no rooms available. after showing him my confirmation from Booking. com he was still hesitant because he said they never were informed of the booking. he finally changed his tune and said they would prepare a room for us. it was late and this delay made us getting into our room even later so we did not even check in until close to 10 pm. and we booked for a room with the knowledge that we were bringing our two dogs and ended up staying in a room where dogs aren’t usually allowed. I don’t think all the hassle was worth what I paid. it’s pretty and the breakfast was amazing but I ended up paying 120.00 more than I was quoted here so I would not return - and they blamed it on booking.com and me. for that reason alone I wouldn’t go back.

  : Friendly and informative staff. Excellent breakfast especially if you tend vegetarian. Could have used some instructions on heating systems spent 1 night cold until figured out the plan . Appear to have ev charging.
  : Lovely setting, but you can't walk into town. Pretty expensive
