  : Being right on the water. The friendliness and helpfulness of the host. The kitchen appliances, silverware, plates, cups, glasses, etc.
  : The ice maker was broken in the refrigerator; although, there was a countertop icemaker (it just took time out of our stay to keep making ice). People left food behind in the cabinets. I had to clean the coffee maker before I could use it (Tip: I always pack white vinegar). There are some random pots, pans and dishes in the cabinets that need to be replaced and/or discarded. The beds absolutely need to be replaced. They are not comfortable. The furniture in the living room also needs to be replaced, as only 1 side of the couch could be reclined and was not connected to the rest of the couch. The plug was gone. Also, we appreciated the fact that dogs were welcome and expected to pay an additional fee! That was awesome! But paying extra for your boat being docked each night and extra if you want them to provide firewood was a bit much. Also, it worked out, but know that it is very tight when you are trying to backup with your boat and trailer. If you bring a pontoon, you will have to launch it at the public dock (about 2 miles away).
