  : Clear instructions in DM about check in/check out and codes to get in. I liked that room 3 had its own restroom. Also appreciated good lighting for the front door at night. Cleaning staff was excellent. I felt comfy & safe as a solo traveler even though the guesthouse at large is shared. Will stay again next time I visit Seattle. Thank you!
  : Walls are a bit thin, so sound carries. Other guests were polite and avoided loud noise.

  : Sketchy area. Value, not worth it. Shared kitchen. No attached bathroom. That needs a serious update. The TV was old w no helpful info on how to use it. The Roku that was supposed to be used didn't work properly and kept falling off the tv. The remote was taped together poorly w low low batteries. I always felt like I was being watched. Creepy

  : The location close to the train station is very nice. The parking for the car is OK. It was possible to do cooking.

  : If youre looking for a good, affordable place to stay in Seattle this place is a good option. Its about a 20-30 minute metro ride from the city but you will save so much money. As it says in the name, the property is within an easy walk of the metro, about 10 minutes, and is in a nice neighborhood. We felt totally safe the whole time. The kitchen was also very nice, though we never used it so I dont know how equipped it is. The bathroom was also nice and the bed was comfortable.
  : The owner has a lot of rules posted all over the property which makes it feel very unwelcoming. You might also be staying there with other guests, which we didnt mind, but I wanted to mention in case you want an exclusive stay somewhere. The owner was also not very responsive/communicative. He never reached out to us about how to check in so I messaged him on the days leading up to our arrival and he sent checkin information the morning of a huge travel day, which was stressful. Once I got them, the instructions were very straight forward but it would have been nice to have that information in advance.

  : Good place to stay in Seattle. The location is quite near to Othello tram. Around 15mins by car and/or 30mins by tram to downtown. Good communication with the rental agency related to check in and check out. Room was clean and comfortable. In all a comfortable stay.

  : Room with basic facilities in guesthouse with shared kitchen and exclusive bathroom. Clean, convenient, quiet house in a quiet neighbourhood near park. 6 min walk to Othello tram station. The tram takes you either to the airport or into downtown Seattle. The manager of the facility responded fairly quickly to my messages via Booking.com.
  : Working out how to use the access codes for front door and also the room key somewhat fiddly. It wasn't clear how to reset the locks.
