  : It was a beautiful property. The room was nice. Our initial interaction with staff was great. Rod, front desk manager, told us to let them know if we needed anything.
  : The internet was awful! I paid for 2 devices, and couldn’t get my husband’s device connected. The next day my internet wouldn’t work. I asked for assistance from the front desk. I was told to call the third party help desk. They stated that it was another company. This was very frustrating to me. I have never had this situation at any other property. I do not wish to spend my vacation on the phone with a help desk. The “let us know if you need anything” vanished immediately. Rod was not interested in assisting at all. This definitely affected my opinion of this vacation.

  : You could clearly hear next door neighbors talking - luckily they weren’t there that much. Price was pretty high
