  : The beds were comfy, and the AC worked great
  : No table or chairs in the kitchen—the TV trays in the living room one was broken. The outlet in the smaller bathroom didn’t work. Both showers were very small. Noisy neighborhood—small store next door—very busy. People hung out in parking lot late into night and were noisy. Granite counter in kitchen big piece broken in front of sink.

  : Beautiful, comfortable house, Beds were so comfortable and the space was roomy. Very clean.
  : The neighborhood is a little sketchy. Right next door to a corner store. It was a ladies trip and we always made sure we went to the car in groups. The exterior needs to be painted. Its an Uber ride to downtown attractions. Needs a floor length mirror.

  : It’s a great location because it’s close to Forsythe park and near the free DOT shuttle to town. It has large rooms with comfortable beds and a convenient parking spot at back of house. It’s nice that they provide detergents for washers which made it easy to start a load of towels for cleaning folks.
  : The house is adjacent to a beer and cigarette shop. The shop is on a busy corner. You can hear loud traffic noises from parking lot. The kitchen and baths are in need of updates. Tiles and kitchen counter are cracked and in need of replacing. The cleaning crew was not thorough but when I showed management the pictures they partially refunded my cleaning fee.

  : beds were comfortable and large. Loved sitting out on the front porch in the morning having coffee and watching the squirrels. The location was a quick Uber to the river and tourist locations.
  : A few maintenance problems that management responded to immediately. They were great at taking care of any problems.

  : No full length mirrors. More towels and bath tissues.

  : I liked how close it was to the only bike rental place in downtown Savannah. I liked that we were close to a big park. The beds were comfortable.
  : The apartment has areas that were dirty. The countertops had dirt and grime on them and the bathroom floors were sticky with shoeprints. There was no drain stop in the main bathroom and one of the TV's didnt work. Also the smoke alarm kept going off due to low batteries and we had to take them out to sleep.
