  : Location was perfect.it was clean n spacious
  : The bed was a full size not queen and sunk in therefore we ended up in sunkin in part very un comfortable.parking was horrible.even if you get a parking spot in garage you have to park on level 4-7 cause others are reerved for residence.i feel if you own an apt complex maybe that woul be a good investment to make the stay a bit more pleasent .. im 57 and that was the worse bed ive ever slept on need to invest in at least a new mattress. Younger ppl may not mind but an indention in the middle of the bed is not good. I was told queen size but it was a dbl bed

  : The location is great and the apartment is nice, spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed a lot it’s proximity to bars, parks and the historical area of the city. Can’t beat its value.
  : This property isn’t managed directly by its owner, but by a local company that administers +15 properties in the area (Southern Belle Vacation Rentals).The apartment had a pipe issue (an unbearable bad odor came out of the bathtub) that made staying in almost impossible. We later saw that, in this same listing in another big apartment rental site, this problem was also mentioned long ago by a different guest. It took us almost 8h, several calls and Booking mediation to get this company to send someone who wasn’t able to resolve the issue eventually (they didn’t send a plumbing specialist). We had to wait to the end of the next day for them to relocate us somewhere else (even though they excluded this possibility at first). The new property was nice and clean.If they finally fix this, I would definitely stay in this property. If they don’t, I’d recommend you to go somewhere else as they don’t seem to care enough about their guests, and they will give you a hard time during your vacation, rather than a quick solution.
