  : It was very convenient for everything.The room was lovely and had everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful. The concierge was amazing there was nothing she didn’t know about Savannah

  : The location it was fantastic, close all of the attractionts and interestics site. Confortables beds, microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine.
  : the breakfast on sunday they only offered: black coffee and pancakes, there weren't even glasses available, the guests arrived and didn't find nothing. Others days had eggs, cake, bread,cream cheese, bacon, juice...We stayed for 4 days, but just 1 time the towels were replace, even so because I requested.About the parking, we paid U$ 30 per night and for 2 nights we were instructed to park behind the hotel on the other side of the street in a public parking lot, with no security at all. Because there was no space inside the hotel's own parking lot.In the end, my suggestion is for the Best Western chain to value its employees more, providing training and decent, clean uniforms. Certainly the people who work there deserve it and so do the guests.
