  : Great location in a turn of the century row house. Walk to so many great things. Awesome little neighborhood. The photos on the listing were great, but not completely accurate. They offered multiple games and a tv with roku. Pretty quiet street and area. Parking space in back was nice
  : I was quite disappointed with the comfort factor. Photos can be deceiving - the beds were probably #2 on the worst beds I have ever slept on. The 2 pillow ration per person was depressing and then add that they are the flattest no-support pillows and you have the opposite of a sanctuary. It seems like there are some little handyman items that need to be done to the unit. I reached out to ask if they had certain things in the kitchen - casserole dish, etc. and they responded that they had a fully stocked kitchen, but glazed over my question. Got there to find out it wasn’t really a stocked kitchen at all. We ended up having to go buy a casserole dish, French knife since all they offered were pairing knives and new pillows just so we could sleep. They did not provide any soap in the bathroom - hello we are in a pandemic and it’s super important to wash your hands. Gone were the nice clean spaces throughout the unit and in its place volume upon volume of outdated legal books, which are not exactly what I do not want to look at when I am trying to relax. The listing made it seem like you had a private porch- this is incorrect. The porch is shared with the downstairs neighbor and the porch we had was missing seating and ambiance shown in the photos. Housekeeping entered my unit while we were there in the unit and after one of the cleaners had already seen me go into the unit - that did not make me feel very safe. Stairwell into the unit was not great, felt like it was not level. I found multiple dirty dishes in the cabinets and drawers - ick! No way to get into the unit from the back parking area except to walk around the entire block.

  : The location was pretty good. Not downtown but we were ok with driving to the places we needed to go.
  : The beds were AWFUL. The queen had a eggcrate to "help". But we ended up in the full because of some strange banging noise on the roof. The full was even worse. Sagged in the middle.

  : Funky mixture of furniture, funky throw pillows, tacky decorations!!!!I would put most everything out on the curb for free and start over again!!!!!Kitchen ok but nicer if plates, glasses, silverware etc matched.The hard wood floors, architecture, porch the best!Bathroom, shower all ok.
