  : The location and view were excellent! The layout of the house with decks was great and all appliances were in working order. There were two propane fireplaces that started and worked well. The wifi was sufficient for the area and direct tv was provided .
  : What the property lacks is good maintenance and a thorough cleaning. When we arrived there was a dead woodpecker on the deck that had been there for at least a week by the look of the carcass. The master bedroom bed needs a new mattress and other than decorative pillows there needs to be new and better pillows for sleeping. The house had been straightened up and the floors, counters and bathrooms were cleaned. The house needs a deep cleaning of all the cloth furniture, throws, bookshelves and wood walls to eliminate the issue of dust, and the dust mites that come with it.
