  : unit was filthy. floors had sand all over them when we entered the unitsofa was disgusting, I would not sit on it without putting a sheet over it kitchen did not have decent pots and pans. everything looks like it was purchased from goodwill.the unit smelled terrible. I called to let the management team know of my concerns and they never apologized or did one thing to try to make it right. would not recommend this unit to anyone.

  : The location was very pretty with the ocean right at our back patio. The Kitchen was large and the pillows and beds were so awesome. The response from a txt was rapid with concerns. We had broken coffee pots and with a txt we had a new coffee pot with in hours. Very spacious. We loved having our own parking space each day! If we golfed it would have been great to have free golfing for each person each day. Beach was amazing and with in a rocks throw. Saw dolpohins in the ocean while we ate on the patio.
  : There was two coffee pots in the morning and niether one worked. One was missing parts the other one had broken parts. The back door was very broken and so was the screen door. The screen was very hard to open and close as well as the broken sliding glass door lock was broken. We asked for a tech to come fix them both and no one ever came the full 6 days to repair them. Good thing we were on the third floor for safety. Marketing had placed the wrong information for instrucions for the wifi so frusting as well as they said we had a code for the beach gate. The beach gate had no buttons to place the code given to us ,it had a scanner. We later found some scan tags to open the beach door after 2 days. Red tide was tuff experience, but not the owners fault.

  : We really liked the location, the unobstructed view of the Gulf of a Mexico, and the relaxed nature of the condo buildings and neighborhood around. The sunrises and sunsets were both pretty amazing from this beach location.Eastern Lake is two buildings to the East of the unit and is perfect for days with rip tide. We were told to get out of the water by the lifeguards and patrols came by several times. With the lake right there, it was pretty easy to relocate and still practice skim boarding. We liked the kitchen set up, what was available in the kitchen as far as plates, utensils, and cooking/prep tools. it really was like being at home away from home. I would have only brought my blender as there wasnt one in the room, but it was fine.We liked having the bunk beds in the hallway for our children. They thought it was fun. We rented bikes from Butterfly right on 30 A. They had bike racks on the property, but not many. It was fine for our five bikes. Its about a 5 minute ride to the Perfect Pig restaurant, about a 15 minute ride over to Seaside, and about 20 minutes to the state park.While it wasnt perfect, we would consider going to this unit again in the future. It was all around good fun.
  : The master bedroom, while it was a great setup, it was much warmer than the rest of the unit. We made do, but it would be nicer to have another source of air up there. We stayed one night in the king bedroom downstairs because of how warm it was upstairs. The most challenging part was the chair and umbrella rental employees that worked downstairs at the beach. I had a few conversations on the mornings we went down to set up our chairs and umbrellas. The guy tried to get me to move and said, Ill help you move your stuff to a good spot. Further down the street and away from the entrance to our condo. I told him, if it@/ so great while let dont you put your sets up down there? After speaking with an owner that was there every morning, early, he said they arent supposed to put up the chairs and umbrellas until they rent them. We also talked a bit about the private beach signs that are up along the beach and found that they are a bit overdoing it on the law in that county.
