  : The room was H-O-R-R-I-B.L.E. Smelled moldy and like wet, dirty carpet. The room was dated, possibly from the late 80’s and original. It was a handicapped room for some reason and the mattress was literally on the floor, on the dirty, smelly carpet. Imagine laying on the floor next to the bad carpet. Very uncomfortable. Worse than a futon. Did not sleep all four nights. I asked to switch rooms as it smelled and other problems. I kept being told the night was sold out but tomorrow there would be open rooms to switch. Went back next day and was told the same thing so basically the runaround. This happened three days in a row. I gave up. I looked up the hotel on several travel sites and they all showed plenty of availability but according to them they were sold out. Hmmmmmmm???? When I told them about my discovery they just shrugged their shoulders, smiled and repeated that they were “sold out”. The breakfast was included and I’m really trying to find something nice to say about it but I can’t. It was super bland and no choices like breakfast cereals or yogurt. No healthy options. Huge language barrier and they could not tell me why the juice machine had been broken for several days. We chose to eat breakfast off-site for the remainder of our stay.I advised them of the issues with the room and they told me a person would be up to address them and no show on their part. Remote did not work and Wi-Fi was almost non-existent. Mold /mildew on the shower curtain and on the ceiling tiles above the shower tub and let’s not forget the dirty and sweat- smelling room. The linen and pillows smelled like sweat and the curtains were stained. NO housekeeping during your stay and this is possibly why the rooms are so run-down and not kept up to par. The trash cans around the property were overflowing and never emptied during our entire stay. The parking lot was trashed with food containers and empty cups and baby diapers.

  : The staff charged my girlfriend for the deposit even though the room was booked under my name. The pillows were uncomfortable and gave me a neck pain. There was no complimentary bottle of water, so I had to go out to buy one. I would never book this place again. Also, at 6:30, the main door was locked. It's a hotel, so why should it be locked?

  : I liked only location. Nothing else
  : The room is horrible smells like they tried to cover cigarette smell but I requested non-smoking room. Plus it’s so moist in there. All our clothes stink like cigarette plus they are all moist. That’s disgusting. We tried to open the window but they locked all of them. So the moist from the shower doesn’t circulate at all and it just stays in the room. I’ve never seen that poor breakfast! First you have to have vouchers for a breakfast (I’ve never seen it in any other hotels), you bring them to the kitchen and they make you a plate (2 days in a row: eggs, hash brown, 2 sausages, 2 pancakes) it’s not bad, but that’s ALL what they have: no cereal, no bread, no waffles, no fruits, no yogurt - NOTHING! Just a plate that the kitchen lady makes for you, that’s all your breakfast!

  : Separate common space from bed space.
  : We never got any housekeeping after our 8 day stay and requested 4 times. The only thing they were willing to do is pick up the trash and dirty towels after numerous requests.We were in room #123. Throughout the entire day/night different guests kept calling our room thinking we were guest services. They stated they were “routed” to our room.

  : People from upstairs kept running or stomping throughout the day. Called guest service and hoped they would do something, but nothing was ever done. We also kept getting random calls as if I was being prank called. This time, being here was very irritating from my last experience here.

  : Needed to work on cleanliness, laundry service unavailable for the 6 day stay, on more than one occasion we had to go to lobby to get towels and other items for room. Parking lot all so looked dirty, things just looked a little rundown.
