  : The couch was broken. The faucet in the kitchen was loose and the mattress was terrible This condo should never have been rented until all things were corrected Lucky we had been to sundial before many times or we wouldn’t return

  : The facility and the beach.
  : The room was sub standard. No washer/ dryer. Pull out couch was broke, main bed was broke down in the middle, no balcony, tv was tiny, low water pressure and it was way to small for 4 people. It felt like a cheap hotel room not like an expensive beach condo.

  : Everything except the condo.
  : The room had a very strong smell. Not sure if it was from chemicals or the air conditioner. They provided very little soap. After my family members took a shower on the very first day there was nothing left for me and I had to go out and buy soap in addition to shampoo.

  : Carpet and furnishings should been updated at least 10 yrs ago. Tile floor needs a good scrubbing.

  : Breakfast was very good. Staff at the Sun Dial gave exceptional service.
  : D311 was dated with old furniture, no ice maker, and A/C had warning could freeze up if setting was set below 73 degrees. My opinion was not worth the price. Nicer condos offered at near or similar price for week stay.

  : Location was nice. Beach and pool were awesome. Some items included in the condo were very helpful and nice to have, I.e. beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc.
  : The condo said sleeps 4. The pull out couch was horrible. No one could sleep on it. I had to borrow a blowup mattress.Also, there was no balcony off of the back.I specifically asked if there were sheets for the couch a few days before our arrival and were told they would be there. They were not. And it was Sunday night when it was discovered.
