  : it was clean and excellent located! they left a bottle of sparkling wine for us! that was a nice touch.

  : Location was great. Right next to the square. Close to restaurants. Close to the Old San Juan Fort.
  : No on-sight reception or manager. Communication by phone and door codes were not given ahead of arrival. No amenities. Bare bones. There was a small coffee maker in the room but no supplies to make coffee.

  : Location was good but still far away from the cruise ship.
  : The janitor was creepy. It was hard to understand the entrance codes, which we did not get from the owner, because we did not have telephone service but were lucky to get the codes through the airport tourist office. the elevator was old and scary. The room was damp and smelly. The sheets and bedding were damp. the room was dark and spooky. There is a big big step to enter the bathroom. The bathroom ventilation is very very noisy. To top it all, we were slammed with an expensive cleaning fee, almost as much as the cost of the room. Should have booked a traditional hotel but we trusted the reviews.
