: 1.We booked a nonrefundable room, but when we got there, the room was not available. It was important for us to have two beds and the only available rooms had only one bed. How can we book a nonrefundable room and not have our room available? How can it then be no refundable. We held up our end of the deal, but you didn’t. We assumed you would give us what we paid for. You didn’t! And there was no offering to better our stay—just a verbal apology.2.When I booked the room, I’d asked if there was a shuttle to the train station. I got a written response,”Yes.” Yet it turned out you DON’T offer shuttles to the train station.3.It took a REALLY long time to check in.4.Our key didn’t work when we got to the room.

: The evening staff was great
: I was harassed belittled and one of the breakfast workers continue to follow me and belittle me in front of other patrons and customers that were there also follow me to the front desk and made it seem like I didn’t pay to be there. I was eating breakfast for free also made it seem like I wasn’t allowed to be there. Racial profiled me and made me feel less than I was so embarrassed and humiliated. It was pathetic.
