  : Internet often didn't work. Room smelled bad, and had cockroaches. Hotel had an issue where police where involved to apprehend an armed suspect.

  : The front desk lady was friendly. But wouldn't get us washcloths because she "couldn't leave her desk". Location is great! Light rail right across the street. Close to airport. Japanese and Chinese restaurants across the street, bar next door.
  : No washcloths, no cups. TV did not work only static when turned on. Dirty. Carpeting was ripped/had holes. A/C was old and missing a nob didn't work that well. Bed was somewhat lumpy and too hard. Doors had pieces missing out of them. Really run down for N. 1st St San Jose area.

  : Very outdated the curtains were missing parts they wouldn’t close completely. Everything is like from the 60’s. It was clean though. I won’t be back there.
