  : Loved the unique design of the queen suit. Also the soap dispensers were convenient and easy to use.
  : Well I specifically called before making the reservation to make sure that they had the ability to do early Check in. That guy that I spoke to said that they did and then it was only going to be $35 more to do so. So I went ahead and booked the reservation and on it it asked what time they should be expecting you and I put that I was arriving early. Then get there and that same guy that I spoke to said that when he spoke to me, there was only one room available for early check-in and that it was already taken. I thought it was really messed up that he did that because I had to sit in the lobby and wait for about three to four hours along with many others. I asked him to hold my bags in the back so I could go grab something to eat while I waited. After eating and waiting four hours, I accidentally fell asleep and when I woke up by him telling me that I finally could get my room. Then he tells me that the incidentals were 250. Which I had to wait because my bank was working on its website or something and it was off-line so I had no way to transfer funds. Then I ask him to get my bags for me so I can charge my phone and he ignored me. So then I asked him again and he said sorry. I’m off work now. You’ll have to ask him to help you. The other one was busy speaking to someone else. So then I asked to tell me what his name was. Then he Gives me attitude walks over to me and then says “give me your ticket so I can grab them”. So I said “only now you’re gonna help me because I asked what your name was? Please what is your name” and he said “doesn’t matter I’m gonna go ahead and get it for you.” Then I said “forget about it. I will have him do it. What is your name?” so then he walked off without telling me his name and left. Then when I am speaking to the other guy about paying for the incidentals, he tells me it’s only 200. Interesting enough.

  : It was good for the money and the restaurant next to the hotel was exceptional with splendid food and service

  : It was alright , comfy beds , stuff was good
  : I dislike when the wifi and television stopped working for a whole day , I was disappointed hoping to get anything for the inconvenience but unfortunately, they couldn’t or I should say manager said nothing . Also parking wise is very horrible especially to look for a park not far away from the hotel and not get ticket if you park on wrong place.
