  : We enjoyed the location. It was easy to park during our stay and uber where we needed to go. We were there to watch deadpool so that was close, dinner at stinking rose in northbeach was not far either.
  : If we had kids it would be different as there was alot of bdsm outfits being worn and alot of butt cheeks being shown. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is that the carpets need to be cleaned as it's stains catch your eye more than the view when waiting for the elevator.

  : I made the mistake of reading the reviews after booking and committing to BEI. I must say a lot of these reviewers made this place seem like it was Cecil Hotel and I was spooked, but it’s really not that bad at all! Yes there are homeless people on the streets and yes they do drugs, but if you plan to just lay your head at BEI and be out and about all day in Frisco you won’t even be bothered. There’s a security officer in the lobby and the parking garage is secure. I’m sure if the hotel had a choice to clean up the streets around them they would… I hope.The lobby was very inviting, the lighting was a bit dark but not bothersome to where I couldn’t see. Staff were friendly and did their job. My basic king bed room and bathroom was pretty decent and clean. Within walking distance of the city hall and with the hotel being so close to a law school there were quite a few people out and about walking around, so no major concerns if walking alone, but do so during the day. Target is nearby, and near transit to take you to Fisherman’s Wharf, or can drive about 20min or so and park.
  : Leading customers in to thinking there’s an actual grab and go bar, as displayed on your website. Although the vending machines as the alternative isn't a bad idea, I think customers would appreciate it more if there were some honesty. Parking costs sooo much! $55 a day is pretty steep. Be advised if you’re wheel chair bound or struggle going up and down stairs get dropped off in the lobby - when parking in the garage there are a few steps on P1 to get to the elevator. Lastly, give the disclaimer a head of time that water bottles are offered free of charge but upon request.
