  : The appartment was complete, had everything we needed for my family and pet. It was comfortable, super clean and quiet (despite being in downtown area). We also loved the backyard, the beautiful plants and all the cozy details.The appartment location was excellent as well. We like to walk, so it was fantastic that we could get to Balboa Park, Zoo, theatres etc just by walking. Our parking spot was free, and located just in the same building in which we were staying.
  : Although we don't care much for TV, there was no cable channels.The wifi didn't work consistently.

  : The property was in a central location to most of San Diego's sites (by car).Many restaurant options available within walking distance. Very convenient to stay with dogs as the patio was just outside the door. The kitchen very well equipped. No issues with WiFi signal even when streaming movies (always a ++). Very clear instructions on retrieving keys made it super easy upon arrival.The management company was friendly and easy to deal with by phone before arrival when there was an issue with payment on Booking.com's website (glitch in the system but called to pay with the same card by phone and it worked perfectly) Would definitely book properties with Vacasa management company again
  : The sleeper sofa in the living area had a urine smell - we purchased Febreeze and sprayed it but did not sit on it or use the sleeper portion of the sofa because of it during our stay. The bedroom windows could use light-blocking curtains due to the light from the hotel next door at night came through the windows (only an issue for light sleepers).The small air conditioning unit located in the living room area doesn't really keep the bedroom cool in the late afternoon/early evening hours (once the sun went down it cooled down - but any warmer than high 70s during the day would not be good).

  : The unit is clean and tidy with some modern furnishings. It’s relatively quiet considering it’s location and the courtyard space is beautiful for relaxing or afternoon drinks. Approx a 20 min walk to Gaslamp and Little Italy districts.
  : The check in instructions probably need to be a little clearer. The manager at Baymont hotel was very helpful in assisting us find our way. Parking is a skill tester. Suggest noting reverse parking in only for first time entry. Once inside there is a photo on the wall which was helpful.
