: Very clean, affordable, modern, lots of lights and plug outlets, spacious for a solo traveler, mini fridge, TV, AC, full length mirror, updated/renovated and way better than I expected for a small hotel. Located a few blocks down from the Lafayette Hotel if you need a cool spot for drinks/nightlife.
: Basic bath/hand towels were sufficient but the smaller wash cloths could use replacement. While the front desk is professional and efficient, their hospitality could improve with even just a quick friendly greeting. My check-in was super fast but did not feel welcoming. I had already read reviews about limited parking, and they do send a separate notice about parking once you book. I suggest they also remind guests about parking during check-in to make it a more friendlier experience and so we don’t feel as frustrated when we have to look for parking after. Also when I checked out, all I had to do was drop my key card at the desk. But I specifically rang the bell so I could tell someone in person how much I really liked the room and that my stay was way better than I expected. The person who came out didn’t say much or seem appreciative when I was giving them a compliment. Understandably they are a small family owned business and busy, but just a quick friendly greeting at check-in and check-out could make a difference.
