  : Nothing. The entire stay was frustrating.
  : We arrived and they didn't have our room. We booked a double queen. They said they "upgraded" us to a king suite but that meant my 78 year old aunt had to sleep on a pull out couch. We called the front desk three times to get linens for her and my husband finally had to go down and them at 10pm!Additionally, it said there was a mini fridge and microwave, but when we asked, they said you have to request it. So I said, ok we need one. He said well we're out because there's a party and they needed them all.Absolutely frustrating, we lost our food we brought because of this. I asked them to bring up extra coffee too because there was only decaf and no sugar. No one brought it up.Incredibly disappointing considering how much we spent on the room.There were tons of people hanging out in the lobby smoking and vaping. The elevators and halls reeked of marijuana and people were smoking in the halls and lobby.

  : Breakfast was a lot of food! Very good. Server pleasant. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Excellent water pressure in shower. The staff had to open everyone’s door due to the key card maker being affected by the global IT problem.
  : Pool could be cleaner.
