: The staff was friendly and I liked the little trail they had in the back of the hotel
: When me and my husband checked in the tv was on like if someone was in our room, the bedding covers had hairs in them and the furniture looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in a while. When we requested another room I checked the bedding to make sure there wasn’t hairs and there was a blood stain on the cover! We told the front desk staff and she changed the sheets herself, the bed frame was very dusty. We didn’t feel comfortable in our room, for $200+ for one night we expected a better experience. They definitely need to improve their cleaning services.

: Shower dripping all night long. Think drained badly.Room Service only every 2nd day and on the third we had to ask. Room was made very late and all towels and garbage left in corridor for several hours. Not impressed

: WAY OVER PRICED. Way way over priced! Price gauging extraordinarre! Outside door never locked (i,e, bad security). This experence has detered me from staying at any BEST WESTERN in the future. ICK. ICK. ICK.
: Nothing. Bad security. Bad service. Bad everything. Old leaking faucets. Old bathroom fixtures. ICK. CK.ICK.
