  : There were roaches crawling around. There were police patrolling the property looking for someone or something. There were blood stains in the bathroom on the door and the door hinges. The Wi-Fi didn’t allow me to work, I had to visit another location.

  : NOTHING.From the start this location was a nightmare. I called 3 days in advance to check and ensure my reservation was set and ready. The manager informed me that until my room was paid for it was not marked "off the market" and pressured me to call Saturday morning and pay for my room. I am still unsure of why they could not just run my card that was ON FILE. When I arrived Saturday I was immediately informed that my reservation could not be found. It was no where in the system. The clerk blamed this on them changing from "Motel 6" to "Studio 6". I do not believe this was the case bc she was on the phone with someone else having the same problem. They also had someone there who's reservation they had cancelled but no contacted her in any way. There was a MAJOR concert in town and we were from out of state. So was the other guest. SEE BELOW FOR MORE!!!
  : I was then informed that they had "saved a room" for me bc they had a note where I called earlier in the week. The clerk checks me in and assigns me to room 168. There was no parking close to the room so my partner and I parked unloaded the car and went up the steps to the second floor. Upon putting my key in the door and opening I was very shocked to see somebody else was already in this room. This guest had money and drugs EVERYWHERE. Honestly I am lucky I was not killed in ATLANTA area for going into somebody's room. I apologized to this person showed him the key and we headed to the front desk. My partner had to put everything BACK IN THE CAR and come to the lobby. The clerk acted like this was no big deal and assigned me a new room (268). We had to get everything BACK OUT OF THE CAR and go up two more flights of stairs. Upon entering the room we set our things on the bed and started to check out the room. There was a dead roach in the tub. After looking further we found a ton of bugs dead AND alive. I was DISGUSTED. After all this hassle I was TWO HOURS LATE for the concert I was supposed to be attending. I called customer support and explained what was going on. THEN AND ONLY THEN by customer support was I offered a refund. I had to find another hotel room in ATLANTA on a night that a major concert was going on. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to ANYONE. Not even the roaches who lived there. The clerk NEVER apologized for what happened. I was NEVER offered anything for my troubles other than me ASKING for a refund. This was the WORST hotel experience I have ever had!!!! The pictures given by this hotel on the website are deceptive. This is NOT a nice hotel in any way. Thank GOD another hotel took care of us.
