  : Breakfast was good, many options.
  : Pool was closed for maintenance which was one of the reasons we booked. That was disappointing. Ice maker on our floor did not work, neither did the one on the first floor.

  : My wife and I brought our two young grandsons to Toledo to visit the Zoo on the 17th. We got to the hotel on the 16th and checked in. We went up to our room and put our bathing suits on. When we got down the the 1st floor and headed to the pool the lady at the desk said the pool was not open due to some pipe issue. I had called and asked if the pool was open prior to making the reservation and was told it was. So I asked for a refund and was told by the lady that yes I could get a refund. Since I booked it through booking.com I called them and they took all the information and was going to contact the hotel to verify. I called a week ago which is the second time and they told me they have not heard from the hotel. I am still waiting for the refund as I checked this morning and have not received a refund. I will be calling Booking.com after this to see if they have heard anything yet. Thanks, Ken

  : It had good proximity to the Toledo Zoo, where we were seeing a concert that night. The staff was friendly and very attentive.
  : Honestly, our room was not very clean. Even looking beyond the extremely dated bathroom and shower, it just wasn’t that clean. I expected better given the reviews.

  : My room was clean, clean, the bed was comfortable.
  : Chose this hotel because of family staying here for a youth soccer tournament. Knowing that this hotel had a block of rooms at a special price for the soccer tournament, cant believe that the POOL was CLOSED!!-, families were told it had not passed inspection-What-??? And it was a hot weekend! Many of the ice machines didnt work. I was told it was only the one on the second floor that did.; one of the doors going to the back parking lot had a sign sorry out of order go round to the front-so somebody propped it open with wood chips. I believe you owe everybody staying there 50% of their money back.
