: The house was really nice and comfortable. The location was nice and quiet having a TV with Disney and others was awesome for my son. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice as well the colors made it feel comfortable in the house. I have stayed at this house 2 times now and it's a nice cozy house.
: There is a lot of TLC the house needs like fixing the toilet seat, fixing the toilet paper holders you can tell someone didn't put the sheetrock plastic and just put nails, towel holders, nails sticking up on the stairs that need to be nailed down, the drive way is super rough over the drainage ditch, light was out above the stove little things that would make it perfect. Putting darker curtain or shades behind the bed would be nice for those afternoon naps lol. The price is a little high as well after you put the destination fee and cleaning fees on top of it.

: Location, more updated & spacious.
: Could’ve been cleaner. It wasn’t filthy, but appeared it was a quick and not thorough cleaning prior to our arrival.Especially considering there were dead smashed mosquitos on the walls, crumbs on the kitchen floor and dog food morsels on the family room area rug.

: The house was nice and the location is great. Was able to go to Rockport beach and part A without having to drive long distances. The bedrooms where nice, my son having his own room was nice and 2 showers. I would definitely stay here again.
: I had to fix a couple things for example the shower door wasn't on its Hing and I had to put it back for my son to safely use the shower. Some TLC and up dating shower heads would do wonder.
