  : Morning staff very rude. Night staff too slow and made us go back and wait a couple of times due to keys not working. Total wait for check in and other things that went wrong 40 minutes

  : The people at front desk were extremely nice both times we visitef.
  : We stayed here several days ago and stayed here on our return trip. The 1st bed was very comfortable the 2nd bed not so much. I understand the whole covid no breakfast cooking thing but something other than a warm fruit cup, granola bar, and a warm bottle of water was not the best you could do! Plus the vending machine did not work!

  : I was in a handicap Room That was completely separated from the main building it was like a row of cabins down this Hill far away from the office After getting all my things in the Room my I noticed by Wi-Fi wasn't working, So I went up to the front desk and told the guy that I did not have free Wi-Fi and the phone to the office did not work or the gentleman at the desk just did not answer it I was informed at Check out. the Wi-Fi in the Room I was in did not work I told the lady at the desk this morning. the gentleman last night at check in should have told me that and put me in a different Room instead of saying I'll will have maintenance check it out which never happened. I asked for a refund this morning and the lady said she was not authorized to do that This is my 2nd bad experience out a days in I will never stay at a Days Inn again
