Disappointing
Traveller Type: family with young children
  : The place is easy to get to and from the Mayo Clinic. They also offer shuttles. They have a fridge and microwave in the room.
  : The beds were harder than bricks. There was a misunderstanding about the booking, and I needed to extend my stay. The lady was rude to me on the phone when I called back about my belongings still in the room, despite checking out. I needed to add additional nights. Apparently, I couldn't do that because I booked online. Fine. But I was literally at the Mayo Clinic in a public area and wouldn't give her my card number on the phone. She got all huffy about it and said that she can't reserve the room for me without paying for it, so it will be a hold, and that it is supposed to be paid for at the time of the reservation. Her tone was absolutely inappropriate towards me. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place. Find somewhere that treats guests better.

  : Everything about the place is great with the expectations for the return of an unused prepaid room.
  : I booked for 2 days in case I would have surgery. We told the receptionist about 0830 that we won't be needing the 17-18th night and was rudely informed that because we were prepaid it's non- refundable and to take it up with the corporate office.
