  : How accommodating the manager/owner is. It was great to have a full working kitchen area with utensils, pots, toaster, etc. Pretty quiet and other guests were respectful. Great location next to the Mayo Clinic Hospital complex.Ease of check in/check out.Having a W/D in my unit! So wonderful to have when traveling. The apartment was very clean. Very nice and comfortable lounge area. Having hangars and a small coat/vacuum closet
  : Office hours were more or less nonexistent but could reach by phone most of the time.Toilet paper, the toilet paper was pretty rough and thin. Almost bought my own.Could have used more towels in the kitchen and bathroom. The hallway and elevator were pretty messy. I understand that it was winter with ice and snow, but my Dad was going out and sweeping the hallway! The lights were very bright and harsh, made my migraines much worse. The size of the 2nd bedroom was pretty small. There was a full size bed that made it very difficult to move around. Probably should have been a twin bed instead.Needed some Tupperware to put leftover food away.
