  : No breakfast, just granola bar. Other guests were loud and inconsiderate.

  : The rooms were clean and the amenities were nice. It was convenient to have a fridge, stove and microwave.
  : The staff member I had to deal with was judgy and basically called us squatters. We had some car trouble and had to drive back to Salt Lake. We explained the situation and what we needed to happen. They said it was no problem. I called in the morning to double check, the gentleman I spoke to kept interrupting me when I made errors. It was frustrating, I was sleep deprived and got mixed up on the room numbers. I did what he told me, and I told my mom to go talk to the front desk and to communicate with me if there were any problems. When we returned to the hotel at 7 pm, after driving for 14 hours. I went to pay for the extra day in the room. I had made a reservation, but in my sleep deprivation, I booked it for the wrong day. When I got there I went to pay for my room and she was like, where is your reservation. I explained that I had made one and realized it was for the wrong day. She made me feel like crap, like I was being deceptive and said we were in that room all day, basically being squatters. She also started making idle threats, like if my someone "didn't have someone on the inside, they would have been locked out." I thought this was unprofessional because this is the same woman I spoke to the night we left and informed her of the situation. I asked her how come no one called and said anything, she said that she had just got there and we caused a big mess for them to deal with that room.The hotel was nice, I just wish we were treated with a little more decency.

  : The breakfast was only a packet of instant oatmeal. I would have liked other options.

  : The room was clean. It was also decently sized for the price. The whole property was nice.
  : The power went out for hours and I had to checkout due to having medication that requires refrigeration and a health condition that requires power. I was still charged full price. Many people were turned away because they couldn't checkin due the power outage, yet I was charged because I checked in a few minutes earlier.

  : Room was large and equipped with a stove, microwave, and fridge.
  : My reservation was cancelled without any notice, warning, etc. and I then had to pay over twice as much ($400) for a 7 hour stay. The room was not cleaned well either.
