  : Absolutely nothing to like about this hotel. I would never recommend it unless they have new management and employees who are empowered to make business decisions.
  : We checked in and went to our room only to find someone else in the room. When we told the front desk clerks, they were not overly concerned, nor were they apologetic. They sent us to another room where we found crumbs on the carpet- a large amount, rubbish still in the bathroom wastebasket, and the soap was open and already used. We went back to the front desk clerks who told us they could not refund our money because they didn't have the authority to do so. One of the clerks called the manager and said to him/her on the phone, "I thought you were supposed to be here today". I hope I see the refund on my credit card; do not stay at this poorly managed hotel.
