  : Clean, comfortable, attractive, well maintained. Good views, good location. Easy access, street parking wasn't a problem.
  : Bath and bedrooms on different levels, over-high master bed would be problems for some. Bathroom much colder than rest of unit - needs a vent.

  : Lock box check in. The bed was super comfortable. The space is gorgeous . There was coffee, coffee grinder, filters, tea, honey and almond milk ready for me on arrival.Shower very good with nice hot water. Wifi works. I did fall in ove with the great big old tree, and the solitude was lovely.
  : My problem was that I am older and there are two flights of stairs to reach space. There is also a spiral staircase in space that you must take to get to bedroom. The bed is around 4 ft high and I needed a step stool to get in it. There were no privacy blinds or shade on French doors leading to tree patio, and there is a house directly in sight. There is no bathroom sink so you must use kitchen sink to brush teeth, wash face, apply makeup. I felt uncomfortable....afraid I might break something or make noise after 10 PM curfew. No guests other than renters are allowed without "special permission". And beware, hotel taxes are outrageous and they also charged a very high cleaning fee and an insurance fee against breakage of anything. A 550$ unit ended being more than 300$ more than what it should have been.

  : The tree house was gorgeous. It was homey, quiet, and convenient. I had everything we needed. Loved the tree house feel. Just beautiful!
  : I was a little intimidated by the spiral staircase. They steps were bare metal and seemed a little slick. I would have put a texture on the steps. That's the only thing I would change.

  : It is gorgeous, so much nice wood work and such clever design work. There are lots of windows yet it is very private, which I was looking for. The bed is very comfortable. I had read that it was hard to get up the stairs in one review but I am also 70 years old and found it not to be a problem at all.
  : The seating was not very comfortable unfortunately. I had intended to stay there more and work on my basket making but there was not a good comfy spot to sit and work.

  : It’s a cozy hideaway in a quiet neighborhood. Clean. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels.
  : The kitchen setup could use more cooking utensils. For example, only one frying pan , not non-stick and no scrubbing pad, which made fixing breakfast a problem. No tongs for turning bacon. No drying rack for dishes, particularly unhandy in view of no dishwasher. I usually put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it when I leave. That way, the cleaning crew can unload the dishwasher and put the dishes away for the next guests. There’s a large cabinet, with not much in it, which could accommodate a dishwasher.
