  : The location was amazing and beautiful! The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Close to town.
  : The cleanliness of the room was sub par and the balcony was covered in something and it looked gross.

  : The property is located right on the water just a couple minutes from downtown Port Townsend. There is a fire pit area out in the back, an easily accessed ice machine, and a restaurant just a couple buildings down that has excellent breakfast. (good to know since the hotel doesn’t offer any continental breakfast- surprise!) the bed was very comfortable. The management staff seemed super friendly as well)
  : The building is very worn down. We paid a lot of money for a king suite with a balcony and view. What we got was a rundown hotel room that was filthy. There was a large splat of bird crap on the window, the wood outside on the balcony is old and broken apart, there are some slats on the balcony that could feasibly break through, if you walked on them. Paint was peeled and dirty. The slider is fogged up and there was dirt in the ruts of the slider. Also inside the room was filthy (hair in the shower, dirt and dust everywhere, cobwebs in the bathroom, cheerios in the heater vent, shoddy workmanship with repairs that weren’t finished) we tried to check in a little early, but she told us to come back in an hour and the room still wasn’t ready. So our check in time remained the same. The woman with grey hair at the front desk made no effort whatsoever to help us coordinate for check-in with the cleaning crew. She also did no effort to help another lady before us who was trying to stay two nights in the same room without having to switch rooms. She could’ve easily worked it out if she picked up the phone. You would think for the $440 I paid for two nights, I would have gotten a room that was nicer than that. We travel a lot, and I’m very easy going, but this was unacceptable.

  : This was a disappointing experience. Not that close to town, tired and close to busy road. Poor curtains and bright outside lights. Poor quality sheets and tired furniture and fittings.

  : It is pretty close to downtown and the ferry to Coupeville. The room was ocean facing and had a small balcony with a chair in it. It had a nice big TV in the room.
  : The room decoration, size and state of maintenance. It is an old property in need of a makeover. The room did not look very clean. I encountered a spider in the floor. The staff were not specially friendly either. The other side of the room (where you enter) faces the very busy street to enter downtown.
