  : The pool was the only nice part about this stay.
  : Sleeping on plywood would’ve been more comfortable. We weren’t going to sleep on the floor because we saw dead baby roaches throughout the unit. We had to spend extra money on mattress toppers and that hardly made a difference, and the comforters had burn holes. Pretty sure all housekeeping does is change the linens and swifter… not even mop. The shower had mold and hair. There were only two ultra thin trash bags that ripped, and we booked from Friday-Monday. The counters and furniture were dirty with dust and/or food. The fridge had old food in it and the silverware tray had something sticky in it along with food crumbs. The fans haven’t been dusted in who knows how long, and the sliders to the balcony were completely covered in dirty hand prints and made an ungodly high pitched squeal when opened or closed. I understand the dishes are there for guest convenience, but they had crusted food and hair on them even though there were signs in every cabinet stating they were washed with normal dishwashing detergents. We bought sponges…I booked this place because it had excellent reviews, but maybe they’re paid for? This was the most disappointing stay we’ve had anywhere from the west to the east coast.

  : The process at the gate entrance is a bit much. They almost didn’t let our family in and was rather an unpleasant experience

  : It had bad smell had to buy scented candles and air freshener. Has a pest problem

  : Clean facilities, excellent pool (I think it was heated), safe; gated community. Plenty of space for our family, beds were nice, linens were clean.
  : Minor improvements would be maybe provide salt and pepper in the kitchen, a sponge for cleaning dishes. I also would've liked to be able to login to my existing Netflix accounts, smart tvs would be nice.

  : Good location. The room was nice. It is not a hotel, it is a room in a compund.
  : The cleanning was not done properly before arrival. Trash cans full. There is no one to complaint when next door people party until 3 am. If you are looking for a hotel experience stick to one of the hotels in te area.
