Key box not working. No response when asked to fix. No dvd hookup but advertised with dvd POOL CLOSED BY HEALTH DEPT/ STATE

  : I liked that everything was east to access. Although all the homes are close to each other you don't feel like you're on top of your neighbors.
  : I wish check-in would've been earlier. It would've been nice if there were extra tissue and paper towels. Overall my experience was very nice. The atmosphere was peaceful and facility was well maintained.

  : The view and closeness to the water. the deck and grill were nice. decor is nice, lots of room for a large family.
  : The beds are very old and broken down we left after night 2. Master bedroom sliding door screen fell off when I opened it. Counters are busted up. Couch smells like human urine.

  : Cleanliness. Cockroaches and mice droppings clearly noticeable within first 5 minutes of entering the condo. Hairballs in the corners. Fingerprints on the walls. I found a bug in the bed. There was a hole in the master shower. The water pressure and all the showers was essentially a trickle. The mattresses were extremely old hard and uncomfortable. The linens and all of the beds felt like sandpaper

  : -The location is great, miles long beach with sands like sugar and few people, close to state park. - The condo is spacious with new washer and dryer, new pot and pants, comfortable bed, and hot showers. - It is in a gated community, very safe. - wifi is great. - easy check-in: the management company Vacasa sent out detailed check-in info within a day after I booked the condo.
  : We like this condo a lot, however, the house keeping has some space to improve: - The first morning we found the coffee maker's glass pot was broken, informed the Vacasa customer service, but never got a replaced pot during our stay. - no hair dryer. - we found hairs on bed sheet, fortunately a pack of laundry detergent was provided and we could use the washer and dryer to wash the bed linens ourselves. - I'd suggest to leave more than one backup garbage bags in the kitchen.
