  : Breakfast was good but disappointed no bacon or sausage or eggs offered. Room was clean we did kill 3 spiders or some kind of crawly thing in our room. No coffee pot in room.
  : The view on website kinda wrong it gives the look of you can go from pool to the lake but you can't you have steps that lead down to water but can't go in the water due to the big rocks there it would be nice to have a little beach area. Other then that nice place. The guy working day we arrived not so nice messed things up but we paid the extra just to get into a room.

  : The view and the location to the wedding we were attending.
  : Dirty, very dirty! I realize they are on a lake and bugs are everywhere, however someone could take the time to vacuum dead bugs and spider webs from the balcony areas and the sliding door tracks before people check in! It was disgusting and you didn't want to be on the balconies enjoying the view or the weather. No air conditioning on first night in one bedroom. The layout was horrible! We were in an apartment that sleeps 8, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and hide a bed couch in the living room. I assumed that each queen bed would have a room and the twin beds in a room. The queen beds were in one room, the twin beds in another. Both rooms were cramped. Bathroom was small with no place to put your toiletries, the sink area didn't have any counter space. There was no place to hang towels or your clothes while showering. There was no housekeeping, so each morning we took our dirty towels downstairs to trade for clean ones. After complaining about that at checkout, (one morning we were informed they had no clean towels), I was told that housekeeping is available if you request it upon check in, but no one told me that upon check in. We were a family of 5, 1 grandparent, 2 parents, 2 children ages 5 and 9. We were supposed to be a family of 7 with a 12 year old and a 15 year old who couldn't come at the last minute. I don't know how we would have managed with 2 more bodies in the room. And shame on Booking.com for not doing a better job of vetting the establishment. You really need to send secret shoppers to locations before you advertise them. In my opinion, this place was no where near the $400.00+ cost per night. It's tough to find lodging for a group of 7 that is reasonable, and I don't need a ton of amenities when I travel, but cleanliness is important. I did find that the property has new owners within the last 5 years, but they seem to be taking their time updating and cleaning.
