  : This trip was to celebrate my grandson's 7th birthday and he was heart broken. I was very disappointed when we arrived at the hotel and was told that the pool was closed. I asked the woman that there why it wasn't on the website and she said she had nothing to do with that. There was nothing on the website stating that the pool was out of order. I asked to speak with manage and she told me that there wasn't on on the premises and if I tried to call he wouldn't answer my call. I asked if there was another Holiday Inn closer that had a pool and she didn't help me. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling in my areas. There was a rust stain around the faucet in the tub. In the morning we were leaving we went to order some breakfast and the gentlemen didn't understand what we wanted. You only offer 2 meals that are included in the hotel stay and they weren't very good. I ordered 3 of meals that were included and a breakfast sandwich and he went to charge me $10 for it because it wasn't included in the choices. He delivered all 3 meals and still hadn't given me my change. I went up to return the $10 sandwich and get my money back and he said he was working on it. He did give me my money back but I shouldn't have had to wait over 10 minutes for it. I will not stay at this hotel again and I will be writing a review. I expect to either get half or all my money back for room.
