: The property was in a convenient location. The hotel staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and the hotel was easy to navigate. The QR codes in the room provided helpful information. Nice amenities, clean linens and clean room were all a plus.
: We were not aware that they were remodeling until we arrived. Fixtures were missing and there were holes in the walls throughout our hallway leading to our room. The construction noise woke us up sometime between 8:00 and 9:00 am, which is not super early. But had we known that they were remodeling, we probably would have chosen a different hotel. Late morning, we noticed that the power was not working in half of our room, the bed side. We continued to get ready as we were heading out for the day, and told the front desk attendant, Possibly the manager? I’m unsure. He was right on it and sent someone right up. We arrived back at the hotel sometime after midnight and stopped at the desk to ask if the issue was fixed. The front desk attendant said there didn’t appear to be any notes saying otherwise, so it was ok to assume it was. When we got inside our room, we discovered the power was not fixed, and that someone ran an extension cord and power strip across the room, and duct taped it to the floor. They plugged my husbands cpap machine in, which is a priority and I was thankful. But it was not the “fix” we were expecting. I could not use the lamp on my side of the bed and I had to plug my phone in across the room. Not terrible, however, this was not the relaxing anniversary trip I had in mind.

: The bed was soft and comfortable, and no bed bugs were present.
: The a/c was loud and difficult to operate. The bathroom was small and not as clean as I would have liked. The room was dusty and the furniture dated and worn. The elevators kept breaking down causing us to walk a long distance to the nearest one.
