  : The location should have been interesting but we never got there. I had a medical emergency in Jackson Hole. When my family and I should have been in Pinedale, I was in the hospital. I called the owner to explain the situation. She was very understanding and said she would return our payment. That never happened. She did say it was important to contact Booking.com, which I did.
  : I did not like that Booking.com did not help on our behalf. They said they had contacted the owner and that there would not be any reimbursement. This is exactly the opposite of what the owner had said to me only an hour earlier. This situation has not been resolved. I will not be using Booking.com for anything in the future.
