  : Great location for our needs. Cabin was large enough for all of us! Very quiet location at the time we were here.
  : Upstairs shower didn’t work, and the dishwasher upper basket was broken. The machine works but the basket doesn’t slide properly.

  : Great location, super close to everything. But have the quietness as if you were farther away.

  : You have to sign a property agreement that states there is absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property, and paragraphs about cleanliness. Upon our arrival, there were cigarette buts all over the balcony, moldy garbage, and the living room rug smells of pet urine STRONG. On top of this, the hot tub overheated 30 minutes into using it out first night. We politely called to tell them about these things. They took my phone number and STATED THEY WOULD CALL ME WHEN A TECHNICIAN IS ON HIS WAY. Instead, the technician just showed up. We were gone close by at lunch waiting on our phone call knowing we had our dog back at the property. This was 100% a let down and not worth it for what we paid in any way. So disappointing.

  : Close by Pigeon Forge and attractions but felt like you were remote and up in mountains. Cabin was nice and beds were comfortable.
  : Major construction going on right next door and across the road. It will be going on all summer. The workers start around 8am and end around 5pm. It’s an expansive project of a lot more cabins and it will change the “remote” feel and make things very. crowded

  : Loved the location, right outside of town and all the noise.
  : Beds weren’t great. Both pull out sofas were terrible. Needs a deep clean. It’s clean but there’s some dust collecting in corners and under furniture.
