: The location.
: I am big on cleanliness. The towels were dirty, I was informed I would receive fresh towels.(That never happened.) Utensils and dishes were dirty, toilets kept overflowing, and clogging on the second floor. Fire place did not work( I was informed of this upon arrival to house and was told it doesn’t operate). My family was unable to watch tv upstairs because both tv’s didn’t have batteries in remote controls. Master bedroom shower doesn’t work, so you’re forced to take a bath (which was not possible for my 70 year old parents.) All these issues and I was only refunded a 100 when I paid 179 in cleaning fee. (But, the house was dirty upon arrival. I was a bit confused upon that.) When I informed the owner of issues he said “well prior family didn’t have any issues.” Once again, confused because I have no clue what my experience has to do with the last families experience but ok, sure…. Overall, location is great. If you’re ok with dirty, towels, unclean dish ware, clogging toilets, oh, and the second floor is hot as hell. Almost forgot about that. If none of these issues bother you then you are good! Like the said the only highlight that was my take away was the location.

: Close to everything, good location if your plans are to be on the go, pet friendly, comfortable and clean. Great place if your plans are to be on the go. Short on amenities but when we go to the Smokies we’re on the go not at the house so it was great for us!
: I would recommend a light at the bottom of the steps and the back deck need more support.

: The kitchen floor had water damage and was buckled, beds uncomfortable, exterior was filthy and bath towels were basicly hand towels.
