  : Great location. No cleaning fees. In unit washer and dryer.
  : There were ants crawling around the floor near the couch. The floor was marked up and looked dirty. Sofa and chairs were uncomfortable to sit on. Train noise. Insufficient cookware. Shower door was in the way when turning on tub faucet.Stained bathroom tiles. Bed had a metal leg that protruded and caused tripping.

  : The apartment looked new, updated, and cleaned. Much better in terms of cleanliness than the other location that we stayed in in April.
  : Security is not great. Some homeless lady just walked into the building, got into opened room, showered and left. Staff was there immediately but police never arrived.Too easy to get to the floors and rooms. I did not feel very safe.

  : The staff were very helpful in person and in app if there was an issue and got back to us very fast. I really like using the key fobs to get into the accommodation as it made life a lot easier for my partner as we were given 2 fobs. The location is very nice and feels very safe. The accommodation is cleaned to a high standard upon entering. There are many café’s and little stores a short walk down the street. There is a easy-to-find trash chute. The apartment was cleaned well.
  : The plug socket in the bathroom didn’t work. Therefore I had to blow dry my hair in the bedroom which although helpful you are supplied with a hairdryer the cord is not long enough for you to get close to a mirror so this was incredibly annoying. The bathroom door was not aligned so wouldn’t shut unless forced to. The TV only had Chromecast which when you have TWO wifi outages during your stay means you are sat in silence in your accommodation as there is no radio or anything as an alternative. One lasted many many hours which was incredibly inconvenient. The drawers in the bedroom are incredibly sharp which caused a large cut on my leg for which I had to seek advice from a pharmacy due to the depth. This has now scarred. I purposefully booked a room with a balcony as I was aware this accommodation was smaller than the previous Sonder I had stayed in, when coming to check in found the balcony was locked and ‘inaccessible’ so pointless in having it, especially as there was table and chairs on it. I requested support from Sonder which they were quick to organise however the staff advised me that this was a permanently locked door for ‘safety’ which I was not made aware of on booking. The sofa had stretched and frayed fabric on the cushions where you sit. The smaller shower head had a leak where the hose was attached. The beautiful deep bath was unusable as there is not enough running hot water to fill up the bath which was incredibly disappointing. There is only 1 toilet roll for a 10 day stay for 2 people – not enough. Top Tip – Pop down the road to CVS and grab some more. They sell them as individual rolls. The air conditioning had no instructions so therefore we were unable to use it – and without a working balcony it made the accommodation very hot in the May heat.

  : Sonder was close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The parking was right across the street since parking is not available at Sonder.
  : Our air conditioner wasn't working so it was hot in our room and very uncomfortable . No one could fix it so they gave us a fan but it was just moving hot air around. The windows opened but the sound of the train and bridge right outside our window made it hard to rest and most definitely couldn't sleep.

  : the property itself was nice as was the apartment.
  : there was no tv service unless you connected to your own accounts and mine would not connect. the thermostat was difficult to use and it needed instructions. Uber found it very difficult to find unless you put it under the Sonder name so two times Uber left me and also could not pick me up. also it did not bother me but it may others it was right in the train and highway so it was noisy.
