  : Great location, no hassle to 'check-in' and 'check-out'. Useful ear plugs and white-noise machine provided.
  : Could easily hear people from other rooms coughing/sneezing, windows were towards a wall (barely any daylight), air-con and fans were very loud for our preferences. Thanks for the ear plugs and white-noise machine

  : Very spacious room and bathroom, cool interior, good location in central Philly, online services in app worked alright.
  : Online check in process feels too complicated, requesting information way too early weeks before the trip, not enough lockers for luggage storage in case of early check in, no staff on site (except cleaners) - if anything doesn’t work you’re on your own

  : Unique, well-lit rooms. Central location.
  : I was really unhappy that I had locked my bags in a locker, carefully, to ensure my things were safe, but when I returned the locker door was unlocked! Nothing seems to be missing. But I can only guess the staff opened it — and if they did, they did not notify me so that I could return to make sure my things were secure. How discomforting that my things were not secure!

  : Spent a comfortable 2 night at the Arco by Sonder, very conveniently located close to Philadelphia's historic district, puv3luc transport and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The latter made the area somewhat noisy but earplugs and a white noise machine were provided to counter this.The room was spotless, the bed firm and comfortable. The bathroom was beautifully decorated although the shower appears not to have been renovated. That notwithstanding, the double showerhead provided plenty hot water and fantastic pressure.
  : The only criticism is the lack of flexibility regarding check-in time. I arrived 20 minutes early and could not access my room. I was able to stow my luggage in a secure licker before venturing out to explore the city but if I had needed the room it would have been inconvenient to wait or annoying to pay a fee to gain early access.
