  : A great location in a lovely little area near the Rittenhouse Square. Fabulous little coffee shops with great coffee and plenty of eating options. I particularly recommend the Nook for morning coffee and the Woodfired Bagel Shop just a few doors down. The self check in was clear and easy to follow. A great kitchen set up and laundry in the apartment.
  : We had a studio Room 402. Very compact but the bed was very uncomfortable. It was the fold up and away model built for convenience not comfort. We never folded it away and for a holiday apartment a regular bed would have been much more suitable.

  : Awesome location, great floor plan, spacious kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Excellent coffee shop next door. Outside the neighborhood is buzzing day and night with various interesting noises all the time. St. Patrick’s church across the street.
  : The process of screening to secure the booking was unacceptable. Robot-like communication included repetitive emails and requirements. I thought I was getting scammed and actually researched canceling and finding a new rental. The rental itself feels like an Ikea showroom, with the very bare minimum in supplies. Lots of small issues due to the non-personal management. The bed is lopsided. Scary steep stairs with no night lights, we had to keep the bathroom light on all the time to not trip. Coffee maker but no coffee filters. The pull down shades are blackout, so during the day when open people can see inside as they walk by. Shower water was a drizzle; pressure was so bad it was like an RV. City water tastes awful; a Britta would have saved us having to buy gallons of filtered water to drink. A lot of simple adjustments could make it a stellar place to stay.
