  : We did not get a “lake view room” like we booked. The hot tub was no longer working, and the indoor pool was so cold my kids couldn’t enjoy it, even on summer day in Texas in July so…. That was a bummer. Best part was staff and the breakfast.

  : The only thing I liked was the location. But after my stay I would have much rather drive long distance than to stay there ever again.
  : The hotel room was not clean. Even after I took pictures and showed them to the front desk, they assured me my room would get cleaned top to bottom by the time I got back and the only thing done was trash removal, beds made and the trash I showed them under the entertainment center. The room was not cleaned. The staff was all outside smoking cigarettes when I did need service. The pool area was dirty. When you walked in the entrance even the front lobby wasn’t well cleaned. Last year when they were under renovations I had a better experience than this. Very disappointed. Especially since I was in town for a week. I paid up front for that hotel room before seeing the room, by day 4 I checked out and moved to a different location for the remainder of my stay. The only pictures I have are from inside my room unfortunately.
