Disappointing

  : The places was spacious and relatively clean. Everything was modern.
  : Internet didnt work. Television didnt work. Check in was a huge hassle because they gave us the wrong code and didnt give detailed instructions of how to get in and we arrived at 2am. So you can imagine how terrible that was. Place was also really expensive since we went during Sundance.

  : We will never go back The room was NOT the room I paid for. It was a spare bedroom to the room next door There was NO bath tub. No chairs..imagine having no where to sit for a week. The bed linens smelled terrible
  : The people at the front desk said they couldnt help. Multiple calls to VACASA were dropped after being on hold for a long time. The fuse in the bathroom blew every time we used a hair dryer. Then it took 3 days for anyone to correct then it blew out again. People at the front desk didnt care begged to move to another room multiple times but was refused even though the room next to us remained vacant the entire time. Lift sucks Vacasa sucks. NEVER GO THERE NEVER BOOK WITH VACASA
