: flimsy bed drawersflimsy door to dressing room, which meant not much privacy in the upstairs bathroom. Luckily we know our friends well.

: The condo was livable. Hot water, the heat worked, the sheets were ok, the towels were clean, the stove, washer & dryers were new. The gas fire place worked well. 5 minute walk to the chairlift. Cleaning job was ok.
: Door key code wrong. After being on an airplane all day we waited one hour on hold for door code. Dishwasher top rack falls out of dishwasher (broke 3 glasses 1st morning (The broom was just a nub and no dust pan to pick up the glass. The vacuum was no use here either). Blinds do not stay up by front door. Closet doors fall of tracks. Kitchen outlet by sink does not work. Downstairs bathroom cabinets were dirty. Upstairs bath had not shower curtain (therefore you could not shower in the master bath). 2 tiles on kitchen floor were not glued down. 2 light switches are missing toggles. Handle on undercounter wine frig is laying on the floor with one screw holding one end of the handle. Front right burner of gas stove does not light properly. It feels like someone completed 80% of a remodel upgrade and then stopped. We spent 5 hours the first day cleaning and fixing stuff. It could be a good property. I do not think VaCasa know how to be a property manager.

: The dishwasher needs to be repaired. The beds were very comfortable. The upstairs bathtub needs a shower curtain. I was under the impression that the unit was going to be a two bedroom, not a one bedroom with a loft. The WIFI worked great! The location was awesome - we were very close to relatives staying at another property! Next time we travel, we will use booking.com :)
