  : Cynthia was very rude! I had 3 small kids and the glass on the sliding door was broke so I asked for a new room for the safety of my babies and they told me “no” and I said “ok” she said “ok bye” and hung up on me.

  : EXCELLENT location, right on the beach, beautiful views from the balcony! Home was very clean. The company let me know ahead of time one of the doors to the balcony was broken, so we did not need to worry about being charged for something we did not cause. Loved that the pool was open until 11pm (we stayed at a place once that shut the pool down at sunset!) There was also no restriction on walking on the beach at night (that same place also restricted night walks!) and we saw tons of people out on the beach digging, walking, and fishing with flashlights! The location is anywhere between 5-20 minutes from virtually everything PCB has to offer. We will certainly look here again in the future!
  : Other than a complimentary dishwasher packet, laundry detergent packet, and some mini soaps and shampoos, there were virtually no other “extras”. I’m not talking big things, but every single BnB I’ve ever rented has at least had basic seasonings for cooking with. There wasn’t even salt and pepper for the most basic of seasoning. When you pick up your welcome packet, you are informed that you get 1 roll of TP per bathroom and 1 trash bag to use for the entire week, and anything extra you have to buy. You are given a washcloth rather than a sponge, so there is just no way to get through the whole week with a single packet of dishwasher powder or a single trash bag. You HAVE to buy your own stuff. Some minor changes that could be made is to provide 2 trash bags for the week, a disposable scrub sponge, 1 extra roll of TP, and a cheap salt and pepper set. These are very small things that the company could tack on a couple bucks to provide that would get any family of 4 through the week easily without having to go out and buy extra stuff.

  : The condo was nice..Had comfy beds and the balcony was large and roomy with gorgeous views.
  : The lack of coffee filters,extra toilet paper,trash bags and blow dryer.Most condos provide that.

  : we LOVED the location! it wasn’t crowded, there wasn’t tons of young people, no partying, etc!
  : We had a broken window upon arrival so there were workers coming in and out often but that couldn’t be helped!
