  : the view was beautiful the location perfect not to crowded the condo was beautiful and a perfect place for our family we enjoyed the pools and the parking deck was great cars didn't get too hot. Vacasa staff were very friendly when I stopped in early to get a parking pass.
  : pull out couch was nasty we had to sweep the matress before we could put the sheets. the matresss was unsleepable my mother who came with us ended up sleeping on the couch instead of the pull out part. master bathroom didn't have bath mats had to use towels on the floor until I got vacasa to bring a mat and wash cloths which we had none. I was told we would be called the next morning to meet with the person who never called. but when we returned from dinner there were washcloths and a mat. laying on the master bed. shower curtain in the master bath was old and nasty the curtin rod needs to be moved out or a curve rod put in you couldn't shower without the curtain touching you. yuck.... down stairs in the front Area where the elevators are there was a horrible smell everyday we were there. the rugs were soured and made me sick to wait for the elevators.

  : the strong chemical smell. it was especially strong on the elevator. Also the loud music in the elevator. it is fine to play music in the elevator, but people with normal hearing, it was too loud to talk to others

  : This was a very livable unit, excellent location right on beautiful beach, and close to essential services like grocery stores, etc. Resort staff were very helpful and friendly. Building is well constructed and quiet.
  : Overall resort property was very pleasant and convenient; unit itself was well equipped, but had a number of flaws which showed its age and some lack of care, although all of them were not major. All of these were detailed in our review on VACASA website and should be accessible there.

  : It needed a good cleaning: all the walls and baseboards needed wiped down, the air filter desperately needed changing, and the bed sheet wasn’t the right size
