: The location was quiet and calming the entire time. Condo was spacious. The views were beautiful. Maintenance was friendly. The pools were clean and warm. You could be on the beach in two minutes.
: The condo itself had remnants of construction materials here and there inside. There were a lot of issues with the place, maintenance resolved the ones that would affect us personally but the condo needed some attention. The kitchen didn't have a standardized list of kitchen materials, it seemed like they put a bunch of stuff they found at a thrift store into the pantry, the other kitchen items were of good quality. The tv needs a better antenna connection, the coaxial quality was acceptable 20 years ago but it's outdated and could be upgraded with hdmi capabilities for a small amount of money. The pictures don't actually match the furnishings of the rooms.

: The only thing that I liked about the property was that it was on the beach
: Let me start by saying that when we walked in the condo it was nasty. Sand was everywhere, hair and hairs were all over the bathroom. It appeared that the glass in the sliding glass door was held in by duct tape. The door knob on the bathroom door was caved in. The air conditioner was leaking at the vent close to the front door. Bed sheets were nasty, washed them before sleeping on them. I paid $1800+ for this condo. Most DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT. At best, and am being generous, place was maybe worth 1/3 of that, maybe not even that. I wish there was more spots for more pictures, because I have more. Will NOT be staying there ever again.

: The location was nice. It was easy to access the beach. The condo was clean and had a wonderful view.
: The quality of the condo was poor. The dishwasher didn't work, we had maintenance come and tell us not to use the guest bathroom it was leaking in the unit under ours. Everything had a fresh coat of paint on it but replaced needed to be replaced.
